The base price does not include rental tents, tables, chairs, lighting, decorating or floral design. These items and services are available for an additional fee.
However simple or elaborate your event, you can be certain we will carry out your plans, on time and on budget. We can help you create a beautiful garden affair whatever your budget.
Terms
Deposit/Payment Plan
A non-refundable deposit of one half of the base price is required to confirm a reservation. Thirty (30) days prior to the event, a guaranteed guest count must be submitted and and estimated total bill will be prepared. Final payment, based on the guest count, is due ten (10) days prior to the event.
Cancellations
In the event a contract is cancelled, the deposit if refundable only if the space can be rebooked for the same day. If the event is moved to another day, the deposit may be transferred to the new date. Otherwise, all deposits are non-refundable.
Restrictions
Events must be over by midnight on Friday or Saturday and by 11:00 p.m. from Sunday through Thursday. Overtime is available for an additional fee and must be prearranged.
Liquor
Windbeam Farm is not licensed to sell liquor. Any liquor must be purchased by clients. Windbeam Farm and its vendors will not be
responsible for any alcoholic beverages served and consumed on the premises or for any actions by attendees, invitees, guests or agency as a result of alcoholic beverages served at the event. Windbeam Farm also reserves the right to refuse serving alcohol to anyone underage, or unable to produce proper identification, and any person who, in our
judgment, appears to be intoxicated.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed in any of our buildings. We will provide containers for the disposal of smoking materials and ask that our guests use them. |
